Owner and worker Eleanor Taylor Gosling: I have been caring for my animals for my whole life mainly cats, rabbits, fish and dogs. I’m currently ‘pet mum’ to four loving animals; two cats Bean and Lentil and a small flock of hens.
I made the decision to set up Paws and Perch 8 years ago and began working fulltime in pet services 6 years ago.
York is a cycle city and I have the pleasure to run my eco friendly pet service by visiting pets in their owner’s homes on my bicycle. I offer a bespoke, one to one service.
I walk dogs from one household at a time, so that I can give close attention to the dogs in my care. I am experienced with rescue animals and animals with anxiety and difficult behaviours.
I am able to administer oral medication to cats/dogs for conditions such as asthma and can syringe feed food and medicine to small animals such as rabbits.
I am DBS checked and fully insured.
