Ellie was great! There was no problem with communication before booking and when we were away. First she came to meet our cat Ruda, and you could tell it's not the first time Ellie was doing it. She was sending us pictures of my cat everyday, so we could see everything was fine. When we came back from our 6-days holiday, Ruda was in great shape, and we knew Ellie was taking a really good care of her. Definitely recommend Ellie as a pet sitter!

What can I say? - Ellie was a real delight from start to finish! Ellie responded very promptly to all my messages and kindly agreed to come and meet our cat, Molloy, face-to-face before the sitting began. They really hit it off and I was very happy to have Ellie in charge of him while we were away. She is clearly a very diligent and conscientious pet-sitter who kept us updated with messages and pics of Molloy having fun. If you are looking for a pet sitter who is friendly, responsible, and really 'gets' animals - Ellie is it!

Ellie has been great for the last year, looking after my beloved Barley. He is always comfortable and confident in Ellie’s company, always eager for more walks with her. She is always prompt. Ellie offered an absolutely brilliant service in looking after our three kittens. She visited them twice a day as we had agreed, sent us daily photo updates of them, and took a little extra time out to play with them too. I'd recommend her heartily to any cat lover.

Ellie has been walking our two rehomed dogs three times a week for over six months. She is very reliable, trustworthy, flexible to accommodate changes, and most important of all, our dogs love her! They get so excited when she arrives. She has also worked with us to help improve their behaviour and manners. I would not hesitate to recommend Ellie.

Ellie has been kind enough to take care of my two cats on multiple occasions. My mind is at ease leaving them for long periods, I know Ellie will be there to take care of them. Ellie has shown flexibility and is swiftly efficient. She has even sent me pics of the furries while I was away – which was truly appreciated! If in need of a reliable and loving pet sitter, look no further.
Pet Sitting Sniffy, Flash and Monty
Ellie looked after our pets while we were away for a long weekend. During her initial 'meet and greet' visit, I immediately felt happy and reassured that Ellie would take very good care of our pets. At that time my elderly cat, Monty, was looking very frail so I was debating whether or not to cancel the holiday; but Ellie was amazing in putting a care plan (and even emergency plan) into place. Also knowing that she has completed pet first aid training was even more reassuring. Sadly Monty passed away before our travel date, so Ellie just looked after our two guinea pigs, Sniffy and Flash. When we got back from our holiday, we saw that Ellie had posted us a much appreciated Sympathy card and refund (for Monty), along with the keys. It was awful coming home for the first time without Monty to greet us, so the Sympathy card really was very special! Ellie is not only professional and reliable, but also kind, caring and compassionate; and I wouldn't hesitate recommend her!
